James C. Atkins has been performing around Melbourne regularly for several years, making a name for himself as a strong, lively performer with a rich, powerful voice and a wide variety of fan favourite songs. Adding his stomp, looping and a wealth of guitar playing experience, he regularly livens up venues around Melbourne. 

 

James also writes and releases his own music. In 2024, James made his mark with the release of his debut single “Up Jump The River,” which climbed to the top 10 on AMRAP regional radio charts. Later that year, he followed up with “Brighter Skies”, gaining airplay on ABC’s grassroots and ABC Country rotation.

 

Playing live music is a great passion for James, and he is constantly working on his craft. He loves to entertain, whether it’s a relaxed set on a Sunday afternoon or an uplifting Friday or Saturday night which gets everyone singing along and dancing.
